Kissed me on the neck,
Told me I was a wreck,
Led me into the pits of hell,
But, I brought myself back.
It had me screaming for my sense,
Prowled me like a monster out of trance,
Whence, had kindness been, but a fence,
I defend.
It told lies like a child,
Cowered in the cold,
Afraid that life was beautiful.
So death, ripped me a part,
Took me by chance,
Before it went away, without a whisper,
Not even a gentle, manoeuvre,
Letting me know, it is in my power.
To carry the love,
We devoured.
